TL;DR
This paper develops a method to construct monodromy invariant superpotentials in F-theory GUT models using fusion algebras derived from finite group representations, aiding in understanding low-energy effective theories.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach to building superpotentials in F-theory GUTs by employing fusion algebras from finite group characters, enhancing model construction techniques.
Findings
Fusion algebras of operators are constructed from finite group representations.
Fusion relations are used to build monodromy invariant superpotentials.
Method facilitates the development of consistent low-energy GUT models.
Abstract
Using characters of finite group representations, we construct the fusion algebras of operators of the spectrum of F- theory GUTs. These fusion relations are used in building monodromy invariant superpotentials of the low energy effective 4d supersymmetric GUT models.
