TL;DR
This paper investigates the strong decay patterns of hidden-charm pentaquark states using heavy quark symmetry, providing ratios of decay widths that can help determine their molecular structure.
Contribution
It offers a theoretical analysis of decay ratios for hidden-charm pentaquarks assuming a molecular composition, aiding in their identification.
Findings
Derived decay width ratios for specific pentaquark states.
Predicted decay patterns consistent with molecular configurations.
Provided testable predictions for experimental verification.
Abstract
With the heavy quark symmetry and spin rearrangement scheme, we study the strong decay behavior of the hidden-charm pentaquark states with assuming they are molecular candidates composed of and . We obtain several typical ratios of the partial decay widths of the hidden-charm pentaquarks. For the three S-wave , and molecular pentaquarks with , we have obtained the ratio of their decay widths: , which may be useful to further test the possible molecular assignment of the states.
