Dark Matter and Baryon Asymmetry production from out-of-equilibrium decays of Supersymmetric states
Giorgio Arcadi

TL;DR
This paper reviews a mechanism where out-of-equilibrium decays of a WIMP-like particle produce both baryon asymmetry and dark matter, with a focus on a supersymmetric realization.
Contribution
It introduces a specific supersymmetric model that explains baryon and dark matter abundances through out-of-equilibrium decays.
Findings
Decays of WIMP-like particles can generate baryon asymmetry and dark matter.
A concrete supersymmetric scenario realizes this mechanism.
The approach links dark matter and baryon production in a unified framework.
Abstract
We will review the main aspects of a mechanism for the contemporary generation of the baryon and Dark Matter abundances from the out-of-equilibrium decay of a Wimp-like mother particle and briefly discuss a concrete realization in a Supersymmetric scenario.
