Addendum to "Determination of $\gamma$-ray widths in $^{15}$N using nuclear resonance fluorescence''
Tam\'as Sz\"ucs, Peter Mohr

TL;DR
This paper refines the absolute widths of specific energy levels in nitrogen-15 by combining photon scattering data, resonance strengths, and gamma-ray branchings, revealing inconsistencies in previous adopted values.
Contribution
It introduces a combined analysis approach to improve the accuracy of nuclear level width measurements in nitrogen-15.
Findings
Revised widths show discrepancies with previous adopted values.
Combined data analysis enhances measurement precision.
Identifies inconsistencies in existing nuclear data for $^{15}$N.
Abstract
The determination of absolute widths of two observed levels above the proton threshold in N has been improved by a combined analysis of our recent N(,)N photon scattering data, resonance strengths of the C(,)N reaction, and -ray branchings in N. The revised data are compared to the adopted values, and some inconsistencies in the adopted values are illustrated.
