In these proceedings for CIPANP2015 we present a brief overview of the current status of the theoretical approaches used by our group for the extraction of and through inclusive semi-leptonic decays. We discuss the calculations and implications of the recent perturbative corrections to power-suppressed contributions for , and present an overview of the major sources of theoretical uncertainty for .
