$\Psi(2S)$ decay to $J/\Psi(1S)$ +2$\pi$ or $J/\Psi(1S)$ + $\sigma$ + 2$\pi$
Leonard S. Kisslinger, Li-juan Zhou, Wei-xing Ma

TL;DR
This paper estimates the decay rates and angular distributions of $ ext{Psi}(2S)$ decaying into $J/ ext{Psi}(1S)$ plus two pions or a sigma meson plus two pions, using the mixed hybrid theory and known coupling constants.
Contribution
It extends previous research by estimating decay rates and distributions for $ ext{Psi}(2S)$ decays involving $ ext{sigma}$ and two pions, incorporating the $ ext{sigma} ightarrow 2 ext{pi}$ transition.
Findings
Estimated decay rates for $ ext{Psi}(2S) o J/ ext{Psi}(1S) + 2 ext{pi}$.
Calculated angular distributions for the decay processes.
Extended previous models to include $ ext{sigma}$ contributions.
Abstract
The BES Collaboration has measured decay to . Using the mixed hybrid theory for the we estimate the decay to + . Using the known coupling constant, we estimate the to + decay rate and angular distribution. This is an extension of our previous research on Decay to + + 2, without the production of 2, and with an estimate of the transition.
