Comments on "On Stored Energies and Radiation Q"
Miloslav Capek, Lukas Jelinek

TL;DR
This paper critiques a previous work on stored energies around radiators, demonstrating that its main claims are unjustified and correcting some of its core formulas, which were previously derived elsewhere.
Contribution
It clarifies inaccuracies in the commented paper and provides correct formulas for stored energies, contrasting with the original focus on QZ evaluation.
Findings
The original claim of a new stored energy expression is unjustified.
Some core formulas in the commented paper are incorrect.
Correct formulas were previously derived for different purposes.
Abstract
The commented paper claims to provide a new expression for an energy stored around a general radiator. The major purpose of this comment is to show that the claim is unjustified. Alongside with this issue, it is pointed out that some of the core formulas of the commented paper are not completely correct, and that their correct form has in fact been derived elsewhere, though for the purpose of evaluating the quality factor QZ and not the stored energies.
