Gavin Brown, Konstantinos Georgiadis

TL;DR
This paper constructs Calabi-Yau 3-folds as orbifolds in weighted projective space with codimension 4, revealing multiple components for each realizable Hilbert series, advancing understanding of their geometric diversity.
Contribution
It introduces a new construction method for Calabi-Yau 3-folds in codimension 4 as orbifolds in weighted projective space, showing multiple components per Hilbert series.

Abstract
We construct Calabi-Yau 3-folds as orbifolds embedded in weighted projective space in codimension 4. For each Hilbert series that is realised, there are at least two different components of Calabi-Yau 3-folds.
