TL;DR
This paper demonstrates a prototype vector magnetic field monitoring system designed to reconstruct interior magnetic fields from exterior measurements, aiding neutron electric dipole moment experiments.
Contribution
It introduces a novel system capable of reconstructing interior magnetic fields solely from exterior data for neutron EDM experiments.
Findings
Successful demonstration of the prototype system
Accurate reconstruction of vector magnetic fields
Potential for improved neutron EDM measurements
Abstract
We present results from a first demonstration of a magnetic field monitoring system for a neutron electric dipole moment experiment. The system is designed to reconstruct the vector components of the magnetic field in the interior measurement region solely from exterior measurements.
