Detector resolution correction for width of intermediate states in three particle decays
Igor Denisenko, Igor Boyko

TL;DR
The paper introduces a method to incorporate detector resolution effects into partial wave analysis on an event-by-event basis, improving the accuracy of width measurements of intermediate states in three-particle decays.
Contribution
A novel method for accounting for detector resolution in partial wave analysis, demonstrated on specific J/psi decay channels.
Findings
Method effectively accounts for detector resolution effects.
Applicable to complex three-particle decay analyses.
Enhances precision in measuring intermediate state widths.
Abstract
We propose a method that allows to take into account detector resolution in the partial wave analysis event-by-event fit as a special case. Implementation of the method is discussed and the applicability of the method is studied for the and decays.
