Contribution
It provides a general argument supporting the validity of soft theorems in open superstring amplitudes and shares recent results on this topic.
Findings
Soft theorems hold for open superstring amplitudes
Presented recent results on string amplitude behavior
Discussed the connection between string and quantum field theory
Abstract
We briefly discuss the soft behavior of scattering amplitudes both in string and quantum field theory. In particular we show a general argument about the validity of soft theorems for open superstring amplitudes and list some of our recent results.
