Combinatorial Micro-Macro Dynamical Systems
Rafael Diaz, Sergio Villamarin

TL;DR
This paper introduces combinatorial formalizations of the second law of thermodynamics, analyzing the conditions under which entropy increase is possible in micro-macro dynamical systems.
Contribution
It presents a novel combinatorial framework for understanding the second law and explores the conditions that allow entropy to increase.
Findings
Formalization of the second law using combinatorics
Identification of conditions for entropy increase
Insights into micro-macro dynamical system behavior
Abstract
The second law of thermodynamics states that the entropy of an isolated system is almost always increasing. We propose combinatorial formalizations of the second law and explore their conditions of possibilities.
