Parinya Karndumri

TL;DR
This paper explores supersymmetric solutions in six-dimensional gauged supergravity that correspond to twisted compactifications of five-dimensional N=2 SCFTs, leading to new AdS solutions in lower dimensions.
Contribution
It introduces new classes of supersymmetric AdS solutions in six-dimensional supergravity that model twisted compactifications of 5D N=2 SCFTs to 3D and 2D SCFTs.
Findings
New supersymmetric AdS4 and AdS3 solutions with various internal geometries.
These solutions correspond to twisted compactifications of 5D N=2 SCFTs.
Identification of global symmetries preserved in the compactifications.
Abstract
We study supersymmetric and solutions in half-maximal gauged supergravity in six dimensions with gauge group. The gauged supergravity is obtained by coupling three vector multiplets to the pure gauged supergravity. The R-symmetry together with the symmetry of the vector multiplets are gauged. The resulting gauged supergravity admits supersymmetric critical points with and symmetries. The former corresponds to five-dimensional superconformal field theories (SCFTs) with symmetry. We find new classes of supersymmetric and solutions with being and . These solutions describe SCFTs in three and two dimensions obtained…
