Tanmay Maji, Chandan Mondal, D. Chakrabarti, O. V. Teryaev

TL;DR
This paper investigates the transverse momentum dependent parton distributions (TMDs) within a light front quark-diquark model of nucleons, utilizing AdS/QCD wave functions to explore their structure and relations, and compares their transverse momentum and momentum transfer dependencies.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach using AdS/QCD wave functions to analyze TMDs and their relations, providing insights into their factorization and connection to GPDs.
Findings
AdS/QCD wave functions explain x and p_perp factorization in lattice TMDs.
Relations among TMDs are identified and discussed.
Comparison shows p_perp dependence of TMDs aligns with t-dependence of GPDs.
Abstract
We present the results of T-even TMDs in a light front quark-diquark model of nucleons with the wave functions constructed from the soft-wall AdS/QCD prediction. The relations amongst TMDs are discussed. The dependence of the TMDs are compared with the -dependence of the GPDs. AdS/QCD wave function provides an explanation behind the approximate and factorization observed in lattice TMD calculations.
