TL;DR
This paper discusses the potential for the LHCb experiment to investigate CP-violating asymmetries in four-body decays of $flavor$ baryons, focusing on triple product and rate asymmetries in charmless final states.
Contribution
It highlights the feasibility and importance of studying CP violation through triple product asymmetries in $flavor$ baryon decays at LHCb.
Findings
Potential to observe CP-violating asymmetries in $flavor$ decays.
Comparison of charmless and charmed baryon decay asymmetries.
Methodology for analyzing four-body decay modes.
Abstract
The LHCb experiment is capable of studying four-body decays of the -flavored baryons and to charmless final states consisting of charged pions, kaons, and baryons. We remark on the search in such modes for CP-violating triple product asymmetries and for CP rate asymmetries relative to decays involving charmed baryons.
