Principles of a Second Quantum Mechanics QM2 Rooted In Factuality And Constructed Bottom-Up
Mioara Mugur-Sch\"achter

TL;DR
This paper develops a new foundational approach to quantum mechanics by constructing a microstate representation independently of traditional formalism, leading to a reconstruction that resolves major interpretational problems.
Contribution
It introduces a bottom-up, factual basis for quantum mechanics that reconstructs the Hilbert-Dirac formalism, dissolving measurement and other foundational issues.
Findings
Microstates represented independently of formalism
Reconstruction of quantum formalism from epistemological constraints
Resolution of measurement problem and foundational issues
Abstract
A qualitative but formalized representation of microstates is first established quite independently of the quantum mechanical mathematical formalism, exclusively under epistemological-operational-methodological constraints. Then, using this representation as a reference-and-imbedding-structure, the foundations of an fully intelligible reconstruction of the Hilbert-Dirac formulation of Quantum Mechanics is developed. Inside this reconstruction, the measurement problem as well as the other major problems raised by the quantum mechanical formalism, dissolve. This, now, is indeed the definitive version of the development expressed in [v1] Mon, 1 Jun 2015 10:33:25 UTC (4,288 KB); [v2] Tue, 12 Apr 2016 21:39:31 UTC (851 KB): [v3] Thu, 14 Apr 2016 13:04:34 UTC (1,590 KB); [v4] Fri, 7 Jul 2017 07:03:28 UTC (4,707 KB). It closes a long-lasting research.
