A. Cordero-Cid, J. Hernandez-Sanchez, C. G. Honorato, S. Moretti

TL;DR
This paper investigates how the Two Higgs Doublet Model Type III can enhance the decay rates of Higgs to gamma gamma and gamma Z, aligning with LHC observations and predicting observable effects of a light charged Higgs.
Contribution
It demonstrates the sensitivity of these decay processes to Yukawa textures and Higgs potential structure, proposing parameter regions compatible with experimental data.
Findings
Enhanced $h o \gamma \\gamma$ rates consistent with LHC data.
Predicted $h o \\gamma Z$ fraction larger than SM, within experimental reach.
Possible existence of a light charged Higgs boson compatible with current measurements.
Abstract
We study the enhancement of the branching ratios of the decays in the Two Higgs Doublet Model Type III, assuming a four-zero Yukawa Texture and a general Higgs potential. We show that these processes are very sensitive to the flavor pattern of the Yukawa texture and the structure of the triple coupling from the Higgs potential. We can accomodate the parameters of the model such that one can obtain the rates reported by the LHC and at the same time we can get a fraction larger than in the SM and within experimental reach. The possibility of obtaining a light charged Higgs boson within the ensuing parameter space and compatible with current experimental measurements is also presented.
