Hopf algebra and renormalization: A brief review
Usman Naseer

TL;DR
This paper reviews the role of Hopf algebra structures in quantum field theory renormalization, illustrating the concepts with an explicit example from a simple toy model.
Contribution
It provides an explicit construction of the Hopf algebra in a toy model and demonstrates how it facilitates renormalization in quantum field theories.
Findings
Hopf algebra structure underpins renormalization processes
Explicit Hopf algebra construction for a toy model
Renormalization achieved through algebraic methods
Abstract
We briefly review the Hopf algebra structure arising in the renormalization of quantum field theories. We construct the Hopf algebra explicitly for a simple toy model and show how renormalization is achieved for this particular model.
