Corrections to Higgs width decay into a fermion pair from gravitational torsion
Oscar Castillo-Felisola, Bastian Diaz Saez, Felipe Rojas, Jilberto, Zamora-Saa, Alfonso R. Zerwekh

TL;DR
This paper investigates how gravitational torsion in extra dimension scenarios modifies the Higgs boson's decay width into fermion pairs, deviating from the Standard Model predictions.
Contribution
It introduces a novel correction to Higgs decay widths arising from four-fermion contact interactions induced by gravitational torsion in extra dimensions.
Findings
Higgs decay width into fermions is altered by torsion-induced interactions.
Quantitative estimates of the correction magnitude are provided.
Implications for experimental Higgs measurements are discussed.
Abstract
We consider the change of the Higgs width decay into a fermion pair with respect to the standard model, due to the four-fermion contact interaction coming from the existence of gravitational torsion within the context of extra dimension scenarios.
