Sharp and principal elements in effect algebras
Grzegorz Bi\'nczak, Joanna Kaleta

TL;DR
This paper characterizes effect algebras where sharp and principal elements are identical and provides examples of non-isomorphic effect algebras sharing the same underlying structure.
Contribution
It introduces a characterization of effect algebras with coinciding sharp and principal elements and constructs examples of non-isomorphic effect algebras with identical universes.
Findings
Characterization of effect algebras with coinciding sharp and principal elements
Examples of non-isomorphic effect algebras with same universum and order
Insights into the structure of effect algebras
Abstract
In this paper we characterize the effect algebras whose sharp and principal elements coincide. We also give examples of two non-isomorphic effect algebras having the same universum, partial order and orthosupplementation.
