Dimitar G. Stoyanov

TL;DR
This paper investigates the motion of electrons in a planar vacuum diode during current saturation, analyzing hysteresis characteristics and their relation to S-figurative instability.
Contribution
It introduces a detailed analysis of electron kinematics and hysteresis behavior in vacuum diodes operating in saturation regimes, highlighting the role of S-figurative instability.
Findings
Hysteresis characteristics are derived and analyzed.
Electron motion laws are formulated for saturation conditions.
Hysteresis behavior linked to S-figurative instability.
Abstract
The kinematics laws of electrons motion in the volume of a planar vacuum diode running in regime of current saturation are used. The characteristics of diode hysteresis in the conditions of S-figurative instability are got and analyzed.
