Jinquan Luo

TL;DR
This paper introduces new binary sequence pairs with three-valued cross correlations of different lengths, demonstrating their low correlation properties through numerical results and discussing open problems.
Contribution
It presents novel binary sequence pairs with specific cross correlation properties and explores their potential applications and open questions.
Findings
Sequences have three cross correlation values
Cross correlations are shown to be low
Numerical results support the findings
Abstract
In this paper, new pairs of binary sequences with three cross correlation values are presented. The cross correlation values are shown to be low. Finally we present some numerical results and some open problems.
