Parinya Karndumri

TL;DR
This paper explores supergravity solutions and RG flows connecting six-dimensional (1,0) SCFTs to four- and three-dimensional N=1 SCFTs via specific AdS backgrounds, providing new insights into dimensional reductions and dualities.
Contribution
It constructs new supersymmetric AdS solutions in seven-dimensional supergravity and describes RG flows from 6D SCFTs to 4D and 3D SCFTs, including uplifted solutions to eleven dimensions.
Findings
Existence of supersymmetric AdS_5 solutions with S^2 and H^2 factors.
Identification of RG flows from 6D to 4D SCFTs, including two-step flows.
New AdS_4 solutions with S^3 and H^3 factors, corresponding to 3D SCFTs.
Abstract
We study and solutions of , gauged supergravity in seven dimensions with being or . The gauged supergravity is obtained from coupling three vector multiplets to the pure , gauged supergravity. With a topological mass term for the 3-form field, the gauged supergravity admits two supersymmetric critical points, with and symmetries, provided that the two gauge couplings are different. These vacua correspond to superconformal field theories (SCFTs) in six dimensions. In the case of , we find a class of and solutions preserving eight supercharges and symmetry, but only solutions exist for symmetry. These should…
