Forced oscillations of a massive point on a compact surface with boundary
Ivan Polekhin

TL;DR
This paper establishes conditions under which a massive point moving on a compact surface with boundary exhibits periodic oscillations when subjected to periodic forcing.
Contribution
It provides new sufficient conditions for the existence of periodic solutions in forced motion systems on bounded surfaces.
Findings
Conditions for periodic solutions are derived.
Applicable to systems with boundary constraints.
Enhances understanding of forced oscillations on surfaces.
Abstract
We present sufficient conditions for the existence of a periodic solution for a class of systems describing the periodically forced motion of a massive point on a compact surface with a boundary.
