V.I. Man'ko, L.A. Markovich

TL;DR
This paper explores quantum steering and correlations in a single qudit state with j=3/2, extending steering detection methods to systems without subsystems using a qubit portrait approach.
Contribution
It introduces a method to detect quantum steering in single qudit states by extending known inequalities through a qubit portrait technique.
Findings
Extended steering detection inequality for single qudit states.
Analyzed the $X$-state with $j=3/2$ in detail.
Demonstrated the probabilistic nature of correlations in single qudit systems.
Abstract
The phenomenon of quantum steering and probabilistic meaning of the correlations are discussed for the state of the single qudit. The method of qubit portrait of the qudit states is used to extend the known steering detection inequality to the system without subsystems. The example of the -state with is studied in detail.
