On log canonical rational singularities
Osamu Fujino

TL;DR
This paper proves that log canonical rational singularities remain stable under minimal model program operations and provides additional results for the minimal model program in the context of log canonical surfaces.
Contribution
It establishes the closure of log canonical rational singularities under minimal model program operations and offers supplementary insights for surfaces.
Findings
Log canonical rational singularities are closed under minimal model program operations.
Additional results are provided for the minimal model program on log canonical surfaces.
Abstract
We prove that the class of log canonical rational singularities is closed under the basic operations of the minimal model program. We also give some supplementary results on the minimal model program for log canonical surfaces.
