Arko Roy, S. Gautam, D. Angom

TL;DR
This paper investigates how the Goldstone mode in two-species condensate mixtures evolves during phase separation, showing it hardens with separated trap centers and analyzing density profiles using advanced theoretical methods.
Contribution
It introduces a detailed analysis of Goldstone mode evolution in binary condensates with separated traps using Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory.
Findings
Goldstone mode hardens with separated trap centers
Density profiles transition from sandwich to side-by-side configurations
Mode evolution characterized at zero temperature
Abstract
We show that the third Goldstone mode in the two-species condensate mixtures, which emerges at phase-separation, gets hardened when the confining potentials have separated trap centers. The {\em sandwich} type condensate density profiles, in this case, acquire a {\em side-by-side} density profile configuration. We use Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov theory with Popov approximation to examine the mode evolution and density profiles for these phase transitions at .
