Xiao-Gang He, Guan-Nan Li

TL;DR
This paper derives model-independent $CP$ violation relations for charmless two-body decays of beauty baryons using flavor $SU(3)$ symmetry, providing testable predictions for future LHCb data.
Contribution
It presents new predictive relations among branching ratios and $CP$ asymmetries for beauty baryon decays based on flavor $SU(3)$ symmetry, which are testable experimentally.
Findings
Derived specific $CP$ violation relations among decay modes.
Predicted ratios involving $A_{CP}$ and branching ratios.
Provided testable relations for future experimental verification.
Abstract
Several baryons containing a heavy b-quark have been discovered. The decays of these states provide new platform for testing the standard model (SM). We study violation in SM for charmless two-body decays of the flavor anti-triplet beauty baryon (b-baryon) in a model independent way. We found, in the flavor symmetry limit, a set of new predictive relations among the branching ratio and asymmetry for decays, such as , ,and $A_{CP}(\Lambda_b^0 \to K^- p)/ A_{CP} (\Xi^0_b \to \pi^- \Sigma^+) = -Br(\Xi^0_b…
