Valeri P. Frolov, Andrei Zelnikov

TL;DR
This paper explores bi-conformal symmetry in higher-dimensional Reissner-Nordstrom black holes to derive static scalar Green functions, revealing new symmetries and solutions in these complex spacetimes.
Contribution
The study introduces bi-conformal transformations that relate static scalar fields in different Reissner-Nordstrom metrics, enabling the derivation of Green functions in higher dimensions.
Findings
Existence of bi-conformal transformations linking different black hole parameters
Explicit form of static scalar Green functions in higher-dimensional spacetimes
Enhanced understanding of scalar fields near charged black holes
Abstract
We study a static scalar massless field created by a source located near an electrically charged higher dimensional spherically symmetric black hole. We demonstrated that there exist bi-conformal transformations relating static field solutions in the metric with different parameters of the mass M and charge Q. Using this symmetry we obtain the static scalar Green function in the higher dimensional Reissner-Nordstrom spacetimes.
