Coherency Tuning via Phase Conjugation in Fiber Laser Networks
A.Yu.Okulov

TL;DR
This paper explores phase conjugation techniques to achieve phase-locking in fiber laser networks, focusing on wavefront control and chirp management using stimulated Brillouin scattering and nonlinear effects.
Contribution
It introduces wavefront reversing mirrors and analyzes chirp control methods for enhancing phase coherence in fiber laser arrays.
Findings
Stimulated Brillouin scattering enables effective phase conjugation.
Wavefront reversing mirrors improve phase-locking.
Chirp control via Kerr and resonant index enhances laser coherence.
Abstract
Phase-locking of large mode area Yb photonic crystal fiber amplifiers via stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugation is analyzed. The wavefront reversing mirrors are proposed for chirped pulse fiber laser networks. The chirp control via both nonresonant Kerr and resonant index is considered.
