Thales Azevedo, Nathan Berkovits

TL;DR
This paper computes a superstring scattering amplitude in AdS5 x S5 using pure spinor formalism, expressing it as a superspace integral involving supergravity and super-Yang-Mills fields.
Contribution
It presents a novel calculation of mixed open-closed superstring amplitudes in AdS5 x S5 within the pure spinor framework, linking string theory to superspace formulations.
Findings
Amplitude expressed as a harmonic superspace integral.
Connection between superstring amplitudes and superfield formulations.
Tree-level amplitude involving supergravity and super-Yang-Mills states.
Abstract
Using the pure spinor formalism, a particular superstring scattering amplitude involving one closed string and open string vertex operators in is studied. It is shown that the tree-level amplitude containing one supergravity state and super-Yang-Mills states located on D3-branes near the AdS boundary can be expressed as a harmonic superspace integral in terms of the supergravity and super-Yang-Mills superfields.
