Bingfang Yang, Jinzhong Han, Ning Liu

TL;DR
This paper investigates the production of a single top quark and Higgs boson together at the LHC within the littlest Higgs model with T-parity, showing potential enhancements over the Standard Model and promising observability.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed analysis of single top and Higgs associated production in the LHT model at LHC energies, highlighting possible experimental signatures.
Findings
Cross section is significantly enhanced in LHT compared to SM.
Signal observability is promising at 14 TeV LHC in certain parameter regions.
Simple parton-level simulation supports potential detection of the process.
Abstract
In the littlest Higgs model with T-parity (LHT), we study the -channel single top production in association with a Higgs boson at 8 and 14 TeV LHC. We find that the cross section can be enhanced obviously in this model compared to the Standard Model. By performing a simple parton-level simulation through at 14 TeV LHC, we find that the observability of the signal is promising in the favorable parameter space.
