TL;DR
This paper reports on lattice QCD calculations of nucleon and other baryon observables, including scalar, axial, and tensor charges, using twisted mass fermions with different flavor configurations, providing insights into baryon structure.
Contribution
It presents new lattice QCD results for baryon charges and parton distribution moments using twisted mass fermions, including physical pion mass ensembles and hyperon and charmed baryon axial charges.
Findings
Results for nucleon scalar, axial, and tensor charges.
First moments of unpolarized, polarized, and transversity distributions.
Axial charges of hyperons and charmed baryons across pion masses.
Abstract
We present results on the nucleon scalar, axial and tensor charges, as well as, on the first moments of the unpolarized, polarized and transversity parton distributions using and twisted mass fermions. These include an ensemble that yields the physical value of the ratio of the nucleon to the pion mass. Results on the axial charges of hyperons and charmed baryons are also presented for a range of pion masses including the physical one.
