TL;DR
This paper develops a light-front quark model for nucleon structure that aligns with quark counting rules and fits experimental data on parton distributions and form factors.
Contribution
It introduces a new light-front quark model consistent with quark counting rules and experimental data, advancing understanding of nucleon structure.
Findings
Model fits valence quark distributions and form factors
Consistent with quark counting rules
Provides a unified description of nucleon structure
Abstract
Using global fits of valence u and d quark parton distributions and data on quark and nucleon form factors in the Euclidean region, we derive a light-front quark model for the nucleon structure consistent with quark counting rules.
