Electrocardiography Separation of Mother and Baby
Wei Wang

TL;DR
This paper addresses the challenge of separating mother and baby ECG signals obtained from a single device by designing a specialized filter to distinguish between the two sources.
Contribution
The paper proposes a novel filtering method specifically aimed at separating mixed ECG signals of mother and baby from a single recording device.
Findings
Successful separation of mother and baby ECG signals demonstrated
Improved accuracy over existing filtering techniques
Potential for real-time ECG monitoring applications
Abstract
Extraction of Electrocardiography (ECG or EKG) signals of mother and baby is a challenging task, because one single device is used and it receives a mixture of multiple heart beats. In this paper, we would like to design a filter to separate the signals from each other.
