3rd generation SUSY searches at CMS
Michael Sigamani (for the CMS Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reviews recent CMS search results for third-generation supersymmetric particles, specifically stop and sbottom squarks, using 8 TeV LHC data to explore various decay channels.
Contribution
It provides the latest experimental limits on direct stop and sbottom production in multiple decay modes at 8 TeV.
Findings
No significant excess observed over Standard Model predictions
Stringent exclusion limits set on squark masses
Comprehensive analysis of decay channels
Abstract
The latest results on searches for stop and sbottom squarks are presented. Searches for direct squark production in a variety of decay channels are reviewed. The results are based on 19.5/fb of LHC proton-proton collisions at sqrt = 8 TeV taken with the CMS detector.
