TL;DR
This paper critiques and corrects previous findings on extremal Cayley digraphs of finite Abelian groups, providing counterexamples and a revised result specifically for degree two cases.
Contribution
It offers critical corrections to prior work, including counterexamples and a new accurate result for degree two Cayley digraphs of finite Abelian groups.
Findings
Counterexamples to earlier results
Corrected theorem for degree two cases
Enhanced understanding of extremal Cayley digraphs
Abstract
We comment on the paper "Extremal Cayley digraphs of finite Abelian groups" [Intercon. Networks 12 (2011), no. 1-2, 125--135]. In particular, we give some counterexamples to the results presented there, and provide a correct result for degree two.
