TL;DR
This paper performs a Bayesian analysis to constrain Higgs boson couplings by fitting Wilson coefficients of dimension-6 operators using electroweak and Higgs data.
Contribution
It introduces a Bayesian framework for analyzing Higgs couplings through effective field theory, incorporating electroweak and Higgs signal data.
Findings
Constraints on Wilson coefficients of dimension-6 operators.
Implications for deviations from Standard Model predictions.
Preliminary bounds on Higgs coupling modifications.
Abstract
We present preliminary results of a bayesian fit to the Wilson coefficients of the Standard Model gauge invariant dimension-6 operators involving one or more Higgs fields, using data on electroweak precision observables and Higgs boson signal strengths.
