O. Bruning (CERN), G. Sterbini (CERN)

TL;DR
This paper summarizes the observations and findings from four presentations on beam-beam interactions in major hadron colliders, highlighting key experiences and results from SPS, Tevatron, RHIC, and HERA.
Contribution
It compiles and analyzes beam-beam interaction data from multiple colliders, providing a comparative overview of their experiences and challenges.
Findings
Beam-beam effects vary across different colliders.
Operational challenges related to beam stability were identified.
Key observations inform future collider design and operation.
Abstract
There were four presentations given during the session 'Beam-beam experience in hadron colliders', reporting the beam-beam observations in SPS [1], Tevatron [2], RHIC [3] and HERA [4]. Presentations were followed by discussions. Below we summarize the major observations, findings and results.
