How to detect super-massive binary black holes at parsec scales
Xiang Liu (Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory, CAS)

TL;DR
This paper discusses methods, especially VLBI, for detecting super-massive binary black holes at parsec scales, addressing the challenge of identifying dual AGN that merge rapidly.
Contribution
It explores new possibilities and discusses VLBI techniques for detecting super-massive binary black holes at parsec scales.
Findings
VLBI methods can be effective for detecting binary black holes
Identifying dual AGN at parsec scales is challenging due to rapid merging
The paper proposes exploring additional detection strategies
Abstract
It is difficult to find or identifying the binary black holes in parsec scales, since the dual AGN may be merged quickly. It is required to explore more possibilities to identifying binary black holes in parsec scales, we give some discussions, especially with the VLBI methods.
