Ge-Rui Chen, Shiwei Zhou, and Yong-Chang Huang

TL;DR
This paper studies how vector particles tunnel out of BTZ black holes, using the WKB approximation and Hamilton-Jacobi method to derive the Hawking radiation spectrum and confirm the black hole's temperature.
Contribution
It applies the Hamilton-Jacobi method to vector particles' tunneling from BTZ black holes, extending previous scalar particle analyses.
Findings
Derived the tunneling spectrum of vector particles
Recovered the expected Hawking temperature for BTZ black holes
Validated the method for vector particle emission
Abstract
In this paper we investigate vector particles' Hawking radiation from a BTZ black hole. By applying the WKB approximation and the Hamilton-Jacobi Ansatz to the Proca equation, we obtain the tunneling spectrum of vector particles. The expected Hawking temperature is recovered.
