Formal Group Rings of Toric Varieties
Wanshun Wong

TL;DR
This paper develops an algebraic model for the T-equivariant oriented cohomology of smooth toric varieties using formal group rings, and validates it against existing results.
Contribution
It introduces a novel algebraic framework based on formal group rings for understanding equivariant cohomology of toric varieties.
Findings
Model aligns with known equivariant cohomology results
Provides a new algebraic perspective on toric varieties
Validates the construction through comparison with established theories
Abstract
In this paper we use formal group rings to construct an algebraic model of the -equivariant oriented cohomology of smooth toric varieties. Then we compare our model with known results of equivariant cohomology of toric varieties to justify our construction.
