Brynjar Arnfinnsson, {\O}yvind Gr{\o}n

TL;DR
This paper introduces a new singular accelerated shell source for the C-metric, demonstrating perfect inertial dragging inside the shell and analyzing its physical properties using Israel's formalism.
Contribution
It presents a novel source for the C-metric as a singular accelerated shell with perfect inertial dragging, expanding understanding of spacetime solutions.
Findings
Perfect inertial dragging achieved inside the shell
Equation of state and energy conditions analyzed
New singular accelerated shell source described
Abstract
A new source of the C-metric is described using Israel's formalism. This source is a singular accelerated shell. By construction, perfect inertial dragging is realized inside the shell. The equation of state and energy conditions for the shell are discussed.
