Pedro M. Gir\~ao, Jos\'e Maria Gomes

TL;DR
This paper establishes the existence of multibump nodal solutions for an indefinite superlinear elliptic problem by employing Nehari-type constraints and an orthogonal Sobolev space decomposition.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach using Nehari-type constraints and orthogonal decomposition to find multibump solutions in indefinite superlinear elliptic problems.
Findings
Existence of multibump nodal solutions proven.
Application of Nehari-type constraints in indefinite problems.
Use of orthogonal Sobolev space decomposition.
Abstract
We define some Nehari-type constraints using an orthogonal decomposition of the Sobolev space and prove the existence of multibump nodal solutions for an indefinite superlinear elliptic problem.
