TL;DR
This study explores the potential of the LHeC collider with polarized electron beams to improve constraints on anomalous $WW\gamma$ and $WWZ$ couplings through specific processes, achieving bounds comparable or better than current experiments.
Contribution
It provides new sensitivity estimates for anomalous gauge couplings at the LHeC, highlighting the benefits of electron beam polarization in such measurements.
Findings
Polarized electron beams improve bounds on anomalous couplings.
Limits on $WW\gamma$ and $WWZ$ couplings are comparable to current collider results.
The process $ep o u_{e}qZX$ can further tighten existing limits.
Abstract
We examine the potential of the and processes to search for the anomalous couplings of and vertices at the LHeC with the electron beam energy of GeV and GeV. The difference of maximum and minimum bounds on the anomalous couplings, (, ) and (, ) are obtained as (, ) and (, ) without electron beam polarization at the beam energy of GeV for an integrated luminosity of fb, respectively. With the possibility of beam polarization, we obtain more improved results as (, ) and (, ) for () and (), respectively. The results are found to…
