TL;DR
This paper thoroughly evaluates the new 'Ethanol as Internal Standard' method for analyzing volatile compounds in alcohol products using gas chromatography, based on experimental data from multiple laboratories.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive verification of the novel method across different labs, demonstrating its reliability and applicability.
Findings
Consistent results across three laboratories validate the method.
The method simplifies analysis by using ethanol as an internal standard.
Experimental data support its potential for routine quality control.
Abstract
Recently proposed new method "Ethanol as Internal Standard" for determination of volatile compounds in alcohol products by gas chromatography is investigated from different sides. Results of experimental study from three different laboratories from Belarus and Russian Federation are presented.
