Abstract
We derive theta function representation of algebro-geometric solution of a Coupled Burgers equation which the second nonlinear evolution equation in a hierarchy. We also derive the algebro-geometric characters of the meromorphic function {\phi} and the Baker-Akhiezer vector {\Psi}.
