Multikink solutions and deformed defects
G. P. de Brito, A. de Souza Dutra

TL;DR
This paper introduces a deformation method to systematically construct scalar field models with multikink solutions, demonstrating its effectiveness through three known models that develop complex vacuum structures leading to multikinks.
Contribution
The paper presents a novel deformation function enabling the systematic creation of scalar field models supporting multikink solutions, expanding the toolkit for defect modeling.
Findings
Deformed models exhibit rich vacuum structures.
Multikink configurations arise from the new deformation.
Method applied successfully to three known models.
Abstract
At the present work we consider an application of the deformation procedure that enable us to construct, systematically, scalar field models supporting multikinks. We introduce a new deformation function in order to realize this task. We exemplify the procedure with three different starting models already known in the literature, and the resulting deformed models have rich vacua structures which are responsible for the appearance of multikink configurations.
