TL;DR
This paper introduces a novel method for extracting arcs from higher-order algebraic curves, demonstrated on various complex curves like conics and trifocal curves.
Contribution
The paper presents a new technique specifically designed for extracting arcs from higher-order algebraic curves, expanding capabilities beyond simpler curve types.
Findings
Effective extraction of arcs from conics and ovals
Applicable to trifocal and Weber's curves
Demonstrates versatility across multiple algebraic curves
Abstract
In this paper we present a method for extraction of arcs of the algebraic curves of the higher order. Method is applied on conics, Cartesian ovals, trifocal curves and generalized Weber's curve.
