TL;DR
This paper explores black hole solutions in nonlinear electromagnetic theories, revealing that their asymptotic behavior matches Reissner-Nordstrom black holes and that horizon structures vary with nonlinearity parameters.
Contribution
It introduces new black hole solutions in Born-Infeld like nonlinear electrodynamics and analyzes their geometric and horizon properties.
Findings
Solutions share asymptotic behavior with Reissner-Nordstrom black holes.
Horizon structure depends on the nonlinearity parameter.
Singularity coverage varies with parameter values.
Abstract
We consider two types of Born-Infeld like nonlinear electromagnetic fields and obtain their interesting black hole solutions. The asymptotic behavior of these solutions is the same as that of Reissner-Nordstrom black hole. We investigate the geometric properties of the solutions and find that depending on the value of the nonlinearity parameter, the singularity covered with various horizons.
